According to Art. 13 Leg. 196/2003
We wish to inform you that Legislative Decree. No 196 of June 30, 2003 ("Code regarding the protection of personal data") provides for the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data.
According to the law, this treatment will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency and the protection of privacy and rights of those who report their data.
Under Article 13 of the law. 196/2003, we provide the following informations:
1. The data provided will be used exclusively for sending information relating to the activities of the group
2. The data will be as follows: data storage in computer
3. The provision of information is essential to subscribe to the newsletter and the refusal to provide such data do not allow us to provide timely information on the group concerts, participation in events, etc..
4. The data will not be disclosed to other parties, nor will it be circulated

6. The controllers are the legal representative of the group, Mrs. Isabella Pirola, and the director, Maestro Pietro Ferrario

c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to those to whom the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
4. You have the right to object, in whole or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons the processing of personal data, pertinent for collection purposes
b) the processing of personal data for purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.
